What services do you offer?
Recurring, Deep, Move-In/Out, and Welcome Baby deep cleaning, Add-ons: fridge/oven, cabinets, blinds, baseboards, interior windows, garage sweep.
What’s included in a recurring cleaning?
Dust, vacuum, mop; kitchens; bathrooms; trash, customized to your priorities.
What is not included?
We don’t handle laundry, mold, pests, biohazards, moving heavy items, or unsafe areas.
Do you bring supplies? Eco options?
Yes, professional supplies included and green products on request (add-on).
How is pricing determined? Deposit?
Based on size, condition, frequency, and add-ons. 50% non-refundable deposit at booking; balance left on service day. Zelle, Venmo, or card accepted (fees may apply).
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee.
Same-day cancellations result in a $75 charge or forfeiture of the deposit.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You can provide a key, code, or lockbox. We’ll lock up securely after finishing.
